A memorial or tribute is a meaningful way to celebrate someone important to you.

Donate in Honor

Make a gift in honor of someone close to you by listing them as the Honoree when you donate to Snider Hockey. A handwritten thank you card can be mailed to your Honoree, or other recipients, in recognition of your generous gift.

Give in Memory

Making a donation in memory is a special way to honor, celebrate and memorialize the life of your loved one, while making a difference in the lives of others. A personal card can be sent to the Honoree’s family, or other loved ones, to show your sympathy and support, letting them know their loved one is being remembered.

Create a Tribute Fundraising Page: Celebrate a Birthday, Anniversary, or Other Milestone

Set up your own Tribute Fundraising page to encourage others to mark a milestone with you. Make a page to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation, bar or bat mitzvah or other special occasion. Contact Summer at sharan@sniderhockey.org for assistance with set up.

Requesting Memorial Gifts

Losing a loved one is difficult, but many families find comfort in honoring those they have lost by requesting memorial contributions be made to Snider Hockey. You can invite others to give by asking the person arranging the funeral or memorial service to insert the following phrase in the obituary notice:

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation, 3601 S. Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19148 or online at sniderhockey.org.
