It means the world to me, when I think of the thousands of young people that have come through our program who have learned the importance of staying in school, staying out of trouble with the law, and growing up to become productive citizens.
Scott Tharp was named President/CEO of the Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education in May 2007. He formerly served as the Executive Director of Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis and Education, which for many years has been a national model for youth enrichment programming. With a similar mission to Snider, this organization is known for providing quality tennis and educational programming to thousands of children, many coming from underserved inner-city communities. Scott is devoted to public service and has long believed that sport can be a powerful force in youth development – when coupled with the delivery of life skills and academic programming, the return in social capital is immeasurable.
Scott attended Old Dominion University and the College of William & Mary where he majored in Communication. He obtained a graduate certificate in Public Administration at Wilmington University. Scott is a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He currently serves as an officer on the Board of Directors of the Goals & Assists Foundation, a 501 c 3 non-profit devoted to providing post-secondary scholarships to deserving Snider students. He also is a Trustee of the Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education Support Organization and the Chairman of the PTR Foundation, which is the charitable arm of the Professional Tennis Registry. Scott has served as an advisor for the Sports Management programs at Queens University and Methodist University, and on the Board of Directors for USTA/Middle States. He was inducted into the Unites States Tennis Association/Middle States Hall of Fame in 2015 and was the 2007 recipient of Thomas Jacoby Service Award from the Philadelphia Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. Jan Koziara joined Snider in January of 2007 and currently serves as EVP & COO. He leads the Snider Program Team, a group of 180 people dedicated to the mission of providing opportunities for students to prosper in life.
Jan grew up playing hockey in the streets and rinks of Philadelphia. He was fortunate to be coached by several of the 1970s era Philadelphia Flyers from whom he learned tenacity, teamwork, and how to come out of the corner with the puck. He went on to play, and then coach, Division III College Ice Hockey at Tufts University. While at Tufts, he earned a B.A in Economics with a certificate in Community Health, and an M.A. in Economics with a focus on Finance and Game Theory. Prior to joining Snider, Jan worked as a management consultant in Boston and New York, advising clients in the power and gas industries on price forecasting, asset valuation, and change management.
In 2010, Jan was certified as a USA Hockey Master Coach (Level 5) after writing a thesis that investigated ways Snider could implement USA Hockey’s Athletic Development Model. Katy Hsieh joined Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education in 2015 and serves as Senior Vice President, Development. An advocate for youth development through sport and education, Katy is responsible for overseeing all fundraising and development functions of Snider including donor engagement, grant and corporate partner management, and planning and directing major fundraising and programmatic events.
She also facilitates scholarship funding and tax credit programs for the organization.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Katy worked at Rodney Street Tennis & Tutoring Association, the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, and the National MS Society. She earned a Sports Philanthropy Executive Certificate from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communication from Duquesne University.

Chris Newton joined Snider in 2007 and currently serves as Vice President, Postsecondary Success & Program Support. In this role, Chris oversees all of the Foundation’s scholarship programs and career development initiatives. He also manages several integral functional areas including human resources, professional development, content engagement, community resources, and is involved with planning numerous special events throughout the year.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Chris completed his graduate studies at the University of Louisville, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary’s University. In 2010, Chris attained the Level 4-Advanced Level Coaching certificate from USA Hockey and continues to coach with Snider.
Chris is a native of Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia and grew up playing hockey for the Cole Harbour Wings. When he is away from the office and rink, Chris enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and playing golf. He currently resides in South Jersey with his wife and two sons. Dan Rudd joined Snider in 2006 and currently serves as Vice President, Program Delivery. In this role, he oversees the various age-based programs Snider offers at numerous rinks around the Philadelphia region. These include Learn to Skate, Learn to Play, Snider Hockey League (SHL), Travel Hockey, Summer Camps, Academic, and Life Skills programs among others. Additionally, Dan is also involved with special events related to growing the game and oversees the Snider coaching staff across all rinks.
Prior to joining Snider, Dan attended DeSales University where he played four years on the school’s hockey team and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. He has completed multiple USA Hockey certifications including the Level 5 Master Coaching Certification in 2013 and the Hockey Director Certification course in 2015.

Sam Napierkowski joined Snider in 2013 as an intern and currently serves as Director, Postsecondary Success. In this role, she oversees all supports for secondary and postsecondary planning, to scholarships for high school, college, and trade school. Sam also supports career development for Snider students and alumni.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Sam graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor’s in Urban Studies. Since she was a teenager, Sam has been passionate about working to improve educational opportunities for all Philadelphia students.

Gil Schaffer joined Snider in 2011 and currently serves as Director, Age Based Programs. In this role, he oversees the creation and implementation of age-appropriate programs designed for students across all rinks at all ages to benefit from robust programs designed to help students build character, achieve academic success, and develop as hockey players.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Gil graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. At Rutgers, Gil was named team captain following his sophomore season and led the team to its first two ACHA – Division 1 National Championships appearances. Gil is a USA Hockey Level 5 Master certified coach and was named the 2019 USA Hockey Atlantic District Youth Coach of the Year.

Jacob Scott joined Snider in 2015 and currently serves as Director, Evaluation & Strategy, where he oversees the collection, storage, use and implementation of data organization wide to make strategic decisions and measure organizational impact.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Jacob worked for the USTA Boys National Tennis Championships in Kalamazoo, Michigan while he finished up his time playing college tennis. Jacob graduated from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Computer Science as well as Master’s Degree in Sports Business from Temple University. Additionally, Jacob has served as an adjunct professor at Temple University since 2020 where he teaches sports analytics courses.

Nick Allison joined Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education in 2012 and currently serves as Director, Program Delivery, where he oversees daily programming activities at all Snider locations. Nick works closely with Neighborhood Leaders to ensure that all Snider students are having an excellent experience at the rink.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Nick studied at Neumann University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport & Entertainment Management. While at Neumann, Nick played on the roller hockey team and went on to help the Knights capture two national championships during his time there.

Summer Haran joined Snider in 2019 and currently serves as Director, Development, where she oversees communications, fundraising campaigns, donor analytics, and grant writing efforts, infusing her work with storytelling to achieve maximum donor impact.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Summer worked for three professional Philadelphia sports teams. As a public relations intern for the Philadelphia Flyers, she worked on the 2018-19 media guide, game notes and media briefings. She was also on the public relations game day staff for the Philadelphia 76ers and Philadelphia Wings after interning for the Sixers Youth Foundation. Summer graduated from the University of Delaware in 2018 with a B.A. in Communications.

Zack joined Snider in 2010 and currently serves as Senior Manager, Travel Hockey Programs, where he oversees operations for all Snider competitive travel teams. Additionally, he currently is on the coaching staff for the Snider 18AA DVHL/EJEPL and 19U AGHF teams. Zack also assists with player advancement for Snider travel players.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Zack worked as the Hockey Coordinator at S&T Bank Arena in his hometown overseeing Learn to Play and Learn to Skate programs, along with youth and adult recreation leagues. Zack graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) with a degree in Sports Administration. Additionally, in 2018 he has obtained the Level 5 – Master Coaching Education Program certification from USA Hockey in Lake Placid, NY.

Hannah Abrams joined Snider in 2022 and currently serves as Manager, Girls Programs, where she works to build and expand girls’ programming at Snider at all levels. She strives to increase the population of girls in hockey for love of the game, regardless of whether it is at the recreational or competitive level while also fostering academic and personal growth. She believes that participating in sports helps girls to develop skills that they could not gain anywhere else and will support them in becoming strong and successful citizens of the world.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Hannah worked in the boarding school world as a teacher, coach, and administrator at Rumsey Hall School in Washington, Connecticut and National Sports Academy in Lake Placid, New York. Hannah graduated from Middlebury College with a degree in Psychology. She has obtained her Level 3 coaching certification from USA Hockey, is a Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in Corrective and Youth Exercise through the International Sports Sciences Association, and is a Certified Skating Coach through the Institute for Hockey Research.

Ryan McCanney joined Snider in 2013 and currently serves as Manager of Training & Talent Development, where he manages onboarding for all new employees and oversees staff training and professional development.

Tyler Pitis joined Snider in 2020 and currently serves as Manager, Marketing & Engagement, where he develops content and communication strategies to successfully engage all of the Foundation’s stakeholders.

Maria Walsh joined Snider in 2021 and currently serves as Manager, Postsecondary Scholarships, where she supports Snider alumni who are enrolled in or interested in pursuing postsecondary education. She also oversees the Goals & Assists Scholarship, the Phil Weinberg Game Ready Scholarship, the Snider Hockey Over-Time Scholarship, and the Snider Alumni Network.

Bridgett Wilkerson joined Snider in 2021 and currently serves as Manager, Community Outreach. Bridgett’s primary focus is to recruit new students into the After School Excellence Program, along with building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders in the communities where Snider rinks are located.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Bridgett spent numerous years working in the Philadelphia public and charter schools as a Teacher, Case Manager, Learning Support Specialist, and Project Manager. Bridgett is a graduate of the Cheyney University of Pennsylvania where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English.

Gregg Caldaro joined Snider in 2008 and currently serves as Specialist, Equipment & Facilities, where he manages our rink partnership with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and the University of Pennsylvania. He oversees all hockey equipment ordering, storage, inventorying, and distribution. Gregg has also been a member of our travel hockey coaching staff since our 2010 inaugural season, coaching teams of all ages.
Gregg graduated from Towson University with a degree in Sports Management and Business Administration. Additionally, he has obtained the Level 5 – Master Coaching Education Program certification from USA Hockey. Gregg is also a United States Ice Rink Association member and industry certified in Ice Rink Maintenance and Equipment Operations and Arena Refrigeration.

Hilary Maggio joined Snider in 2014 and currently serves as Specialist, Community Resources, where she supports caregivers and families who are navigating challenges by providing individualized resources, referrals, and/or informational materials. Hilary works closely with her Snider colleagues to ensure that students receive the support they need both within and outside of Snider programming.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Hilary worked in a number of youth-serving roles within alternative education and mental and behavioral health settings. Hilary graduated from Temple University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, with a clinical focus and health and mental health specialization. Additionally, she is a licensed social worker in the state of Pennsylvania and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Tim Corbett joined Snider in 2024 and currently serves as a Salesforce Administrator, where he oversees the storage and access of all data used organization wide.
Before Snider, Tim began his career in Philadelphia in the financial services industry. When Tim’s job moved him to Southern California, he began volunteering for the Anaheim Ducks ‘Learn to Play’ program at the rink across the street from his office, introducing young skaters to the game of hockey.
Tim graduated from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Administration. Additionally, he has obtained his Salesforce Administrator Certification in 2023.

Caitlin Filiato joined Snider in 2021 and currently serves as Senior Coordinator, Research and Impact, where she leads efforts in stakeholder engagement and measuring organizational impact through data collection and analysis.

Caitlin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dickinson College with degrees in International Business & Management and Spanish. Ronn Jakubovic joined Snider in 2022 and currently serves as Senior Coordinator, Academic Achievement, where he oversees the program’s efforts to ensure the success of K-12 students in the classroom. This involves managing the out-of-school-time program at each rink, in-person and virtual tutoring support, literacy and math initiatives as well as special events such as Academic All-Stars.
Prior to joining Snider, Ronn was a classroom teacher and department head, teaching nearly every subject in English, Social Studies, and Science grades 8 to 12. From 2014 to 2018, he was the Director of Education for one of the largest and most successful Sylvan Learning Centers in the country. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Psychology.

Katherine Wakefield joined Snider in 2022 and currently serves as Senior Coordinator, Life Skills, where she creates curriculum and oversees life skills delivery across all age-based programs.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Kat worked with youth and families as both an outpatient and school based clinical therapist in Wilmington, DE. Additionally, Kat was a Division 1 lacrosse captain at Winthrop University, where she graduated with a social work degree. Kat moved to Philadelphia and received her Master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Pennsylvania.

Jen Whelan joined Snider in 2012 and currently serves as Senior Coordinator, Introductory Programs, where she works to improve and manages Snider’s Learn to Skate and Learn to Play on-ice curriculums.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Jen worked for the San Diego Gulls selling group tickets, coordinating “Mites on Ice” events, and managing game night experiences. Matt Berry joined Snider in 2018 and currently serves as Neighborhood Leader, Simons Recreation Center, where he oversees the after-school programming at Simons. Matt is also the head coach of the Snider 10U A DVHL team.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Matt had previous refereeing and coaching experience in the Atlantic District. Matt graduated from Duquesne University with a double major in Sports Marketing and Finance. Additionally, Matt has obtained the Level 4-Advanced Level Coaching certificate from USA Hockey.

Ryan Carr joined Snider in 2015 and currently serves as Neighborhood Lead, Class of 1923 Arena, where he oversees the after-school programming that occurs at UPenn. Ryan started this role in 2023 and was previously a part-time coach for Snider where he coached multiple travel teams and served as Assistant Site Coordinator at Pennsauken Skate Zone.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Ryan graduated from Neumann University with a degree in Sport and Entertainment Management. While at Neumann, Ryan played on the roller hockey team and went on to win two National Championships with the Knights. Additionally, he has obtained his Level 4-Advanced Level Coaching certificate from USA Hockey in 2021 and continues to coach for Snider travel teams.

Joe Dorety joined Snider in 2014 and currently serves as Neighborhood Leader, Tarken Recreation Center, where he oversees day-to-day Snider programming at Tarken and works to build connections with families.
Prior to joining the Snider staff, Joe participated in the After School Excellence Program as a Snider student beginning in 2006 and became one of the first Snider alumni to join the full-time staff. Joe graduated from Northeast High School in which he received his high school diploma.

Raul Figueroa joined Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education as full-time staff member in 2019 and currently serves as Neighborhood Leader, Scanlon Recreation Center where he oversees all aspects of hockey programming at Scanlon, in addition to communicating with staff, families, and community members.
Prior to becoming a Coordinator, Raul started with Snider as a student back in 2010. After graduating from the program in 2011, he spent the next six years coaching students of all ages at Scanlon. In 2017, Raul was promoted to Assistant Site Coordinator at Scanlon and following two years in that role, he was promoted to Site Coordinator in 2019 and became the first Snider Alumni to join the full-time staff.

Gillian Jackson joined Snider in 2014 and currently serves as Neighborhood Leader, Laura Sims Skate House, where she leads Snider programming during the hockey season.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Gillian was a youth equine riding instructor and groom. Gillian graduated from high school and immediately started working for Snider to try and learn all facets of the job. While a part-time employee for Snider, she also held a full-time position in the genetics department at the University of Pennsylvania. Gillian has also obtained the Level 4-Advanced Level Coaching certificate from USA Hockey.

Mia Nardone joined Snider in 2023 and currently serves as Development Strategist for Special Events & Operations, where she is a member of the Development team and is responsible for overseeing and growing all fundraising events. In addition, she manages organization-wide vendor relationships and plays a key role in managing operational services Snider needs to be effective and efficient.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Mia served as the Administrative Department Coordinator at Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communication. Throughout her time at Temple, she also held part-time event positions with the Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Flyers, and Live Nation, while also holding an internship with Temple Sports Properties. Mia earned a Master of Science in Sports Business from Temple University in 2022 and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Relations and Advertising from Rowan University in 2018.

Hayley Phenegar joined Snider in 2023 and currently serves as a Development Strategist, Donor Experience. Hayley is responsible for managing Snider’s Recurring Giving Program – The Roster, scheduling and hosting donors in the Snider Suite at the Wells Fargo Center, executing the donor recognition program, as well as overseeing the Snider Marketplace.
Prior to Snider, Hayley served as the Community Relations Intern with the Philadelphia Flyers where she assisted with all NHL League Initiatives, Hometown Hero, In-Kind Donations, and the Community Ticket Grant. She was also an intern for Temple Football in both the recruiting and video departments. Hayley graduated with a B.S. in Sport and Recreation Management with a concentration in Event Management from Temple University in May of 2023.

Kandece Carman joined Snider in 2018 and currently serves as the Coordinator, Operations where she provides provide operational support to full-time staff while managing office tasks and standards, supporting hiring and onboarding functions, responding to incoming queries, leading communication initiatives, and providing additional logistical support. Kandece also coaches a Snider Hockey League team at Tarken Recreation Center.
Prior to joining Snidee, Kandece worked as an Emotional Support Instructional Assistant while also working game nights at Philadelphia Flyers home games. Kandece graduated from Kutztown University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a Concentration in Coaching while serving as Team Manager for the Kutztown Men’s Ice Hockey Team.
Kandece is a native of Bucks County, PA and resides in Fairless Hills, PA. She enjoys traveling and spending time at the beach with friends, family and her beloved Golden Retriever and Husky. Anne Cleary joined Snider in 2022 as the Service Learning Coordinator, before transitioning to her current position as the Learn to Lead Coordinator in 2023. Anne focuses on ensuring high-quality program delivery for all Snider students ages 15-18 and manages Snider’s Junior Coach Program.
In addition to her role at Snider, Anne also serves as a Game Day Communications staff member for the Philadelphia Eagles. Anne graduated from Temple University in 2022 with a degree in public relations and a concentration in activism.

Bryan Hawn joined Snider in 2023 as a coach and currently serves as the Career Success Coordinator, where he creates and delivers career development programming for Snider’s students and alumni. He manages partnerships for internships, job shadowing, and other professional opportunities. Bryan leads programming for the Snider Leadership Council and hosts career-orientation workshops and networking events for our students and alumni.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Bryan spent most of his career working for Tech-startups, with the most notable being Tesla and Peloton. Bryan also spent time as a Ski Instructor for Vail Resorts, teaching Adult and Adaptive athletes. He worked for the Vail Recreation District, where he started an Adaptive Summer Camp for kids and worked at the local rink as a Zamboni driver. Bryan graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Communications Media in 2007. Additionally, Bryan was awarded the 2003 Firefighter of the Year for The East Whiteland Fire Company.
Bryan is from the Philadelphia suburbs but has made the city his home since 2011. He enjoys traveling with his wife, being active outdoors, and playing hockey, among other sports. Zoe Karukas joined Snider in 2023 and currently serves as the Breakaway Scholarships Coordinator, where she provides support to current and prospective Breakaway Scholars. Zoe also assists students and their families in the high school selection process.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Zoe worked as an undergraduate intern at WOAR- Philadelphia Center Against Sexual Violence, a Resident Assistant at Temple University, and held various roles within youth summer camps in Connecticut. Zoe graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in Criminal Justice.

Mike Quin joined Snider in 2023 and currently serves as Coordinator, Compete to Grow, where he ensures that all students ages 10-14 play on competitive hockey teams, improve social emotional learning skills, and prepare for high school through Snider programs.
Prior to joining Snider, Mike began coaching at the age of 13 and has dedicated his life to developing the next generation of hockey players. In 2021, Mike graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Mike is holds a Level 4-Advanced Level Coaching certificate from USA Hockey and is pursuing his Level 5-Master Level Coaching certification from USA Hockey.

Sarah Quayle joined Snider in 2023 and currently serves as Coordinator, Goals & Assists Program, where she works with high school students on postsecondary planning to set them up for success post high school.
Prior to joining Snider, Sarah worked as a classroom teacher. Originally from Arizona, she moved to Boston after graduating college and taught high school biology and chemistry for three years and fifth grade for an additional year. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiology and from Boston University in 2021 with a Master’s Degree in Education.

Maggie Reilly joined Snider in 2023 and currently serves as Coordinator, Play to Learn where she ensures skaters aged 5-9 are able to have a positive introductory experience with Snider while achieving their age-based goals.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Maggie was a direct support professional at JEVS for adults who have intellectual disabilities. In addition to working full-time, Maggie is an accomplished figure skating coach who teaches skaters of all levels in Southern New Jersey. In 2022, she graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Childhood Studies.

Danny Bianco joined Snider in 2023 and currently serves as Program Coordinator, Tarken Recreation Center where he will oversee the daily hockey operations. Danny started this role in 2023, and was previously a part of the Tampa Bay Lightning Community Hockey Department.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Danny studied and graduated from Monmouth University in 2022 receiving his degree in Business Management with a concentration in Leadership and Decision Sciences. Additionally, Danny has spent time working in sales and marketing, and teaching physical education as well.

Lucas Esposito joined Snider in 2021 and currently serves as Program Coordinator, Simons Recreation Center, where he oversees the day-to-day after-school activities and practices, as well as the Snider Hockey League at Simons.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Lucas worked for a contract security company for five years as a Director of Security in both Philadelphia and Boston. In 2016, Lucas graduated with a degree in International Relations and Security Studies from Boston University where he also played club hockey in the ACHA. In addition to working at Snider, Lucas is currently a real estate investor and agent.

Chris Murphy joined Snider in 2023 and currently serves as Program Coordinator, Laura Sims Skate House. In this role, he leads Snider programs during the hockey season including after-school academics, various age-based on-ice activities, and the Snider Hockey League (SHL). Chris has also worked part-time as an Education member at Laura Sims and summer camps.
Prior to joining Snider, Chris worked in the food service and hospitality industry in Philadelphia and Chicago. Chris graduated with a B.A. in Economics from SUNY Geneseo where he played NCAA hockey for four years. He has obtained the USA Hockey Level 4 Coaching Certification and has coached locally at various youth hockey organizations.
Chris grew up playing hockey in Erie, PA and when not at the rink, he enjoys outdoor activities including hiking and biking, watching college football, traveling, and spending time with his family. He lives in Springfield, PA and can be reached at [email protected].
Oscar Sowell joined Snider as a student in 2009. He now serves as Program Coordinator at Scanlon Recreation Center, where he oversees Scanlon’s after school programming. Oscar was promoted to this role in 2023 and is looking forward to helping make Scanlon a fun and safe place!
Oscar joined the Snider part-time coaching staff after graduating from high school. In February 2022, he was promoted to Assistant Site Coordinator and is a consistent force in leading the Scanlon staff. Oscar is now the fourth Snider alumnus to join the full-time staff.

Sultana Muhammad joined Snider in 2023 and currently serves as Community Skating Ambassador. In this role, she will oversee the expansion of Learn to Skate programs across the city in partnership with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation to introduce ice skating to students from various neighborhoods within Philadelphia.
Prior to arriving at Snider, Sultana graduated from CCP with a A.A.S. degree in Computer Science & Technology. She has taught skating for 26 years and has been involved with ice skating for 47 years. Sultana has been the Learn to Skate USA Coordinator at Laura Sims Skate House for the past 5 seasons. For the past 3 years she was an awardee selection committee member for the Mabel Fairbanks ‘Skatingly Yours’ Fund, which provides financial support for competitive BIPOC skater to reach their goals to complete at the highest level.
Sultana is a native of California. She enjoys being on the ice, helping children and adults fall in love with skating, spending time with family, traveling, and yoga. When she is away from the rink and office, Sultana performs with the Children of Adam Band. She currently resides in Philadelphia with her husband and two adult stepsons.
